Our Journey, 20 Years of Academic Legacy
Ology Girls stands on a strong foundation of over two decades of academic excellence.
From its humble beginning with just 19 students and 4 passionate
facilitators, the Velammal academic ecosystem evolved into a pioneering
force in integrated IIT and NEET schooling in India.
For more than 20 years, structured board preparation combined withcompetitive exam coaching has been the hallmark of this model.
Consistent selections in IITs, NITs, AIIMS, JIPMER, and top medical
colleges reflect the strength of this integrated approach.
Today, that proven model continues with sharper focus, stronger systems,
and a campus designed exclusively for girls.
Founder’s Note
In a society that didn’t favour women much, Mrs. Geethanjali Sasikumar, Founder & CEO of OlogyWomen & OlogyGirls, realised early on that ‘born to win’ wasn’t an adage meant for girl children. She understood that a systematic shift was needed at all levels - knowledge, mindset and skills – for girls to unearth their full potential. And she also knew this wasn’t something that could be solved in a short time. She reckoned young girls must unlearn societal conditioning, learn from the best resources and have a well-meaning support system. Thus was born OlogyGirls in 2019!
